The first Ria Court built in 1995, in a parallel road to Makarios Avenue, and what were to become a future success and a series of courts to follow under the same name and with the stage perfection in architecture of Ria Courts to follow. Its position, within a short walking distance from the city center and the Phinikoudes seafront, made it even more attractive. A three floor building with shops at the ground floor, and allocated car parking.
