In September 2011 the price of construction materials recorded an increase of 4.12% compared to the corresponding month of 2010 according to CyStat data, with the highest increase at the price of electro-mechanical goods of 9.7%.

Other increases were observed in the price of minerals (+5.06%), the mineral products (+4.12%) and the metal products (+3.60%).

Lower increases were recorded in the products from wood, insulating, chemical and plastic (1.25%).

For the period January – September 2011, the index recorded an increase of 4,14% compared to the same period last year.

As for the monthly variation of the prices, they stabilized in September compared to August, recording a marginal increase of 0.06%.
